Hello.
Somehow, our outgoing emails we are sending to ONE of our parteners are not being properly received. They get redirected to the SPAM folder or something.
They seems to be using PROOFPOINT ESSENTIALS as inbound email protection. The error message displayed seems to suggest that My Workspace ou my Domain is using a mail server to send emails that does not have its IP address properly added to something called the SPF (Sender Policy Framework).
I am not sure on how I should properly configure this SPF and the relevant IP address in my Google Workspace to resolve this issue. Can you help? Thanks. #SPF

You need access to your Domain registrar login details, You would need to go the Advanced DNS settings (howe to do this will vary depending on the provider) you Simply add a new TXT record with a value of
v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all
I would also recommend adding another TXT record for DKIM, a lot of mail servers will check if companies send ing emails have these set-up, if not you will be seen as spam.
To set-up DKIM, go to your admin Google Panel, https://admin.google.com/ac/apps/gmail/authenticateemail and create a DKIM record, then go to your DNS admin panel for your domain and enter the details provided in the Google Admin panel. Give it a few hours then back in the Google Admin panel, select verify settings for the DKIM.
I think this article will help.

You can use the Google Admin Toolbox to check your MX settings.

Thanks! I was looking here and was getting close... but seems a bit complicated for my limited IT skills. https://support.google.com/a/answer/33786#zippy=%2Cfaire-parvenir-des-messages-dans-les-bo%C3%AEtes-...
