Phone number cannot be used for verification

I have a business email, Account was suspended and when I try to login. Verification number required.

When I enter the phone number then there is an error 'This phone can not be used'. I have tried multiple numbers. Same error

Hi,

I'm CEO of a 70 people company. I can't connect to my gmail account for the same reason. I can't see my agenda of the day. Nobody can access my agenda or unlock my account from the admin dashboard.

Now considering to switch to Microsoft which is getting now more cool than Google with its "no person to speak / no phone to call policy".

Advise you to contemplate the same solution.

Hi, KAM!

I have the same issue, how I can check the backups if my account is not yet registered? The Google Workspace asking for a phone verification before it will allow you to enter or do anything.
