Poly VVX 150 IP Phone - Enable Incoming Ring on headset only

Hello,

I upgraded the Software Stream on the Poly VVX 150 from UCS to OBi Edition in order to get them registered with Google Voice. 

I installed the Algo 2507 Detector to the RJ9 headset port and from that to the Algo 8180 Audio Loud Ringer

When calling the Poly phone using my Google Voice account, the IP phone rings as normal but does not ring on the headset even though I set the preferred audio route pattern to "headset" . It should ring the headset to trigger the Algo 8180 Alerter. 

Poly community forums and Poly partnership allows this workflow and states it should work. Algo concurs with the workflow as well since Poly and Algo endorses this- I opened two separate cases and waited to hear back.

Can you check with your Google Admin side to see if such a feature can be enabled in the admin console. I need incoming calls to ring off the headset.
