Problem with email account

From Monday to Friday, the same corporate account is always blocked, in the morning.

We make several password changes, session closures, but the error continues.

@Support-ALFS I guess there could be a rule, we can actually write rules like context-aware access rules as shown in the link to restrict access based on the criteria like work hours.

So what happens on the rest of the days?

On weekends there is no problem, it does not show error code, it just locks the account for about 15 minutes
