Recovering a deleted Domain / Workspace

I've recently deleted a Google workspace for which there was only one user. This user was the Admin for the domain and workspace.

I submitted a recovery request and got a Case# and request from Google workspace support to submit information proving ownership of the account.

I provided accurate information related to payment, last login, and have submitted the request from an email which was registered as the recovery / back-up address on the admin account.

Only hitch is that since the Domain was set up using the deleted account as the domain admin, I cannot change the TXT records as requested by Google since the domains.google.com settings are not accessible due to the account being deleted.

It has been over one week and I haven't heard back. I followed up via email two days ago and still no response.

I believe today is the 20th day since deletion, since I submitted the request within the 20 day window, is this still recoverable?

Wondering what my next steps might be, if anyone has any ideas on next steps?

- I have tried following up via email
- Tried searching for similar issues on Google community
- Tried using the help bot / chat
- Currently trying to find a phone number or somewhere to check the Case# for assistance.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Did you have any resolution to this? I had a similar issue and I am being told Google has no way to restore a deleted domain subscription and I have to reach out to the domain hosting company (which is GoDaddy in my case). GoDaddy has no clue how to handle this either.
