Restoring Google Workspace via Squarespace

We recently cancelled Google Workspace in Squarespace and it turns  out we desperately need our business email back. We tried contacting Squarespace, no answer. Squarespace help pages suggests that the admin account gets transferred back to Google. Google suggests to contact the third party. I also tried to sign up for the workspace again  through Squarespace but the payment gets rejected - tried multiple cards and paypal, too. I think the error is caused by the existing adming account / used email address, not the payment itself..

Can anyone help?

Hey there!

Have you tried filling out this form? If you're able to fill that out, great! Otherwise, there is a "hold" with domains when the Google Workspace account is deleted. From my understanding the time frame is roughly 30ish days. Let me know if this helps!
