See emails of a gmail account in a workspace gmail account

So I have tried and searched many questions and tried many things. At last, I am writing here. It might be a duplicate, but I am struggling hard to find the solution.

The scene...

I have 1 domain xyz.com which is from GoDaddy. On this domain I have set a workspace account and set gmail in that. That gmail I have set is i.e. info@xyz.com

Now I have my personal gmail i.e. me@gmail.com

I want to see all the emails coming to me@gmail.com into info@xyz.com

So for this... I am using "Check email from other accounts" with settings as shown in SS

Now I have also tried best from some answers which says to use Pop and 995 with SSL

Your last screenshot gets you most of the way there. (You can't use plain username/password POP and IMAP connections anymore since Google has been disabling these "Less Secure Apps" options over the last 2 years.)  Visit the URL given in the red error message, and it talks about signing in with app passwords.  You'll need to generate an app-specific password within your @gmail.com account, which wil be a 16-character "password" that you fill in in that screen above in the password field. You can no longer use your regular @gmail.com account password; you have to enter the 16-character password you generated, just for this particular use. (You can generate app-specific passwords for other apps that need to access your @gmail.com account, but they will each be different keys, for the different app purposes.)

Note that a prerequisite for creating the app password is to enable 2-Step Verification on your @gmail.com account. After you do that (if not enabled already), you should be able to follow the instructions to create an app password:

https://knowledge.workspace.google.com/kb/how-to-create-app-passwords-000009237

Finally, I remember that the app-specific passwords are generated with spaces in them when displayed to you, but those are not part of the password. It's just the alphanumeric characters with no spaces.

Thank you for this.

It's impressive how BAD Google is at communicating what to do in certain cases.

The traditional SMTP way of connecting a Workspace account to a Gmail inbox worked for years. Then we started getting that error and had to enable Less Secure Apps time to time, and knew it would eventually stop working, but there was no clear indication on WHAT TO DO.

Gmail own "add an email account" should just explain what needs to be done right there, because on some cases it will now show that article like we see on the OP screenshots.

On my case I was trying the other way around - inside my Gmail account trying to add my workspace account, while trying with the normal account password, the error would just say the that the password was incorrect, and the linked article was not the "Sign in with app passwords".

Again, thanks for this.
