I did this a while ago, but I've now realised that when I set up The Google workspace business email in Wix for a user, I've made the user, the admin. I am not trying to hack, I have the original email I sent the user to provide them with the user name and password. Now the user has left and I need to pass the workspace to another user, but google verification process to the ex-users email and phone number is stopping me from logging in. Would it be easier to just delete the workspace (business email via Wix) and start again? or how can I get to the google admin workspace?

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
