How do we share a Gemini Gem to other users in our Workspace?

I am trying to evangelize Gemini adoption and this makes it tough when folks are used to OAI Custom GPTs.

Do you have any idea where on the roadmap it is?

The workaround is regrettable.  I have to maintain a page somewhere that says "Hello Colleague, dump this prompt and this knowledge into your own Gem" which is unfortunate because then there are many copies of the gem which become outdated.

I agree with @ntaylor11  this is a real blocker to adoption.. needs to be top of the roadmap...

Yes this is really needed to help make helpful gems for our teams. Would help push gems over gpts.

We would also need this feature to fully utilize Gemini in our workspace. Otherwise it seems like the widespread rollout of Gemini and missing this core functionality would be a fairly significant adoption blocker.
