Some help resources are unavailable in the new Google Postmaster Tools V2. Specifically, the following issues were observed:

  1. When accessing the help link associated with the message "Needs work โ€” Use Feedback Loop to identify emails with spam reports and implement one-click unsubscribe on those messages", an error message appears: "We could not load help." Please refer to the attached screenshot ("sn1") for reference.

  2. Opening the same link in a new window results in a blank page. Please refer to the attached screenshot ("sn2") and the problematic link below:

Hey!

i'll flag this to the team ! in the meantime please click on the "Send feedback" button in the Help menu to report this as well.

Thanks!

When you click on Feedback Loop -> "learn how to use the Feedback loop dashboard" you have to allow popups on the first go, after that the popup should launch

I tried multiple browsers, including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, in incognito mode without any extensions, but the issue persists. This problem has been ongoing for at least 2 months.

Keep an eye on the Google Postmaster Tools interface: Check for any updates or announcements regarding the tool, including potential fixes or changes to the help documentation.

Thanks, Kevin! It turns out pop-ups are disabled by default in all Chrome browsers. After enabling them, I was redirected to a different (and now functional) URL:
https://apps.google.com/supportwidget/articlehome?article_url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.google.com%2Fa%2...

Before enabling the pop-up, the destination URL was (to a blank empty page):
https://apps.google.com/supportwidget/articlehome?article_url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupport.google.com%2Fa%2...

FYI, there was no pop-up warning message prompting me to enable them.
