Some help resources are unavailable in the new Google Postmaster Tools V2. Specifically, the following issues were observed:

1. When accessing the help link associated with the message "Needs work — Use Feedback Loop to identify emails with spam reports and implement one-click unsubscribe on those messages", an error message appears: "We could not load help." Please refer to the attached screenshot ("sn1") for reference.

2. Opening the same link in a new window results in a blank page. Please refer to the attached screenshot ("sn2") and the problematic link below:
