Hello, I started a side project in Google App Script, but made the project on my work account. I had approval to do it, but have been asked to remove it from my work organization and use my personal account. This is a disaster. I've been trying to figure out how to do this, but every time I create a new project on my personal account, it re-creates it again on my work account. The code won't run either. This is what I've done:
- Removed all shared folders related to the other project and shared them with my personal account Deleted the project in "My Projects" in on script.google.com/home
- Shut down the project on the Google Cloud Console
- Removed the folders associated with my work account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
- I've also done things like tried deploying the project so I can delete it, etc.
Regardless, every time I create any google app script file on my personal account, the project name is recreated in the "All Projects" folder at script.google.com/home at my work organization. How do I unlink the shared folder associated with my side project from my work account? Also, I've copied and pasted the code to the shared file I'm working on (now shared only with my personal account and not my work account). I keep getting the error Service Spreadsheets failed while accessing document with id xxxxx
The owners of the other company who shared the files with my work email are now showing up under All Projects (not My projects) on my work google account, and I'm going to have to get them involved as well because when I try to delete them it's grayed out. I did originally try to change ownership of the files before I deleted them, but I got an error message saying that I couldn't change ownership from outside my organization. I'm hoping I can get some help because I'm in a little bit of trouble and really don't want to have to end up subscribing to a tier so I can get phone support from Google.
So the files are no longer there on my work account but any script the side company creates, now shows up on my work organization as a project.
