The phone number cannot be used for verification

•  My Google account osamasyed802 is disable without any reason My to step verification is also in but still i am not able to recover my account. I am also receiving OTP code on my recovery gmail and phone number.after entering that code it asks me for phone number for verification But when I add phone number in it I see message the phone number cannot be used for verification while that number is my verified to this Gmail.
