Hi there,
one year ago I purchased a domain from a Google Workspace Reseller and I paid for a Google Workspace starter plan to have my gmail @mydomain for $36 for one year. This service is expiring on March 20 and this reseller is forcing me to renew and upgrading the service to an expensive Google Business Plan for $216/year.
Since I use this service just to have my gmail like name@mydomain.net it's a very high price that I don't want to pay. I tried to ask to the reseller but he is not cooperating.
How can I transfer this domain to google in order to maintain my email and all the correspondence?
I tried to manage it via the administrator dashboard but I'm not able to solve the problem.
May someone help with this,
Thank you so much!
Hello!
To go back to google's direct billing, you have to contact your reseller and ask to cancel the transfer token:

What happens if I've been with my reseller for a year and they respond like the email below that feels like a shake down:

Jared,
SADA should support this transfer to Google for you. If you continue to run into challenges, there are options to move your domain and data to a new Google Workspace subscription, allowing you to cancel your subscription with SADA. Note that you would need to have Super Admin rights to your Google Workspace account. Good luck with the conversations with SADA and follow back up on this thread if you need additional help.
