Turn off Pending message option

Hi Team, I want to turn off the pending message option. Therefore I have set the "Message moderation" in the group setting as "No Moderation" but it seems doesn't work. May I know what I did wrong here? And how can I solve this issue? Thank for helping

So you are saying this setting in the Group Settings is set to "No moderation"? Then that should work for messages received after the setting was changed. You will have to approve any currently pending messages though. 

If you have the above message set correctly, then I wonder if the message is being detected as spam and then fails to the Spam message handling rule.

May I confirm that does this apply to the message that comes from the group member side as well?

My use case is that whenever my member response to an email, I (owner) always need to approve it, which take a lot of time. Therefore, I would like to turn it off so they can freely respond to the customer email without me approving their messages.

Yes this  option does affect both internal and external users to the group.  However, as long as no moderation is the option chosen you shouldn't have to moderate/approve posts. Honestly it might be best to contact Google Support to see if they can help you work through this issue in real time.
