Hi friends of Google Workspace Communityy! Good morning, I humbly beg your help, it turns out that for months I have had this problem of not being able to use my Google Drive correctly under my account (PII Removed by Staff) because I have 7.4 GB of unknown information, which Google Drive doesnt say to me what information is! It is highly likely that it was the WhatsApp backup linked to my account, but I had already deleted it myself and it still appears in Google Drive. What information is it? What files do they include? I do not want to delete anything important, I have a lot of important data in my account. Please, I beg your urgent call to be able to solve this situation that has brought me countless problems.
