Unable to verify Google Workspace Identity

Hello,

I created a Google Workspace account, but when I try to log in using the admin login, it prompts me to verify my identity. When I add my phone number for verification, it doesn't work. Can someone guide me on how to resolve this issue? We need to move our employees to Google Workspace soon.
