Hi good day
Our school has recently started using Autocrat for emailing reports
I am having am issue that I have no idea on how to solve:
When I try to run jobs I keep getting a message saying "invalid emails" but if another user runs the SAME job the job goes through successfully
I have tried resetting tags etc and I am still seeing that error on all the sheets I am viewing
Can someone please assist? I am Attaching pictures of the error
