Unsubscribe emails several times a week

I'm the admin for our Google Workspace account, and I keep getting these Unsubscribe emails a few days a week. This morning I got four of these at one time, and I can't pinpoint what they are or which account of mine they're regarding. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried to find a Workspace support email so I could forward these to,, but couldn't find one. If that's available, please send me the address. See below...I took out the @ and replaced it with (at) so I could upload it here.

There was a problem delivering your message to googlegroups-manage+304212137119+unsubscribe(at)googlegroups.com. Contact the remote server administrator for details.

The response was:

My guess is that your address is being spoofed. Someone is sending to that google group and making it look like it is coming from your email address. Assuming you have an email address with a custom domain (not gmail.com), I suggestion looking into DMARC, DKIM, and SPF. If you set up those services, the google groups will be able to tell that your email has been spoofed and it should delete the spoof email before replying back to you.

Other than that, I don't think there is much you can do.
