we are creating email signatures by copying from a branding document, when the copied signature is appended to an email the branding document is pulled into the email as an attachment. How do we stop this?
It's a guess, but it sounds like there may be an HTML link to the branding document buried someplace in the signature you're copying-and-pasting in. At least that's where I'd check first.
