What is the best Workspace plan for me?

We are a global sourcing agency with around 30 employees. We are looking for the best Workspace plan for us. We just need it to store & share documents with our freight forwarders, and manufacturers. Where they can easily access the documents. Which plan should we go with?

A couple of thoughts:

1) You might want to have a conversation about this with a local reseller (https://cloud.google.com/find-a-partner/) for Workspace. They'd be able to dive into the details a bit more, and can also be a useful ally in terms of your ongoing relationship with Google.

2) Based just on what you've said, my advice would probably be that you should start with the Business Standard edition, but just sign up on the monthly billing plan at first. That'll give you the flexibility to easily upgrade or downgrade once you work with it a bit, then you can take advantage of the annual discount once you are a bit more experienced.

And two unsolicited tips that I like to give any organization that's starting with Workspace:

• Shared Drives (https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/7212025) are incredibly useful, in particular for maintaining important data as individual people (and their accounts) come and go.
• There are some good trainings from Google, both for your Workspace administrator(s) as well as for your users, to help you make the most productive use of Workspace. See https://cloud.google.com/learn/training/workspace
