I've subscribed to Workspace and am very surprised that there are no included tools like a simple drag-and-drop client or customer software to organize leads, clients, and jobs. The only alternatives I can find are premiums, like Kanbanchi, which requires an extra payment.
Google needs to start focusing on business tools that many people use, like Trello and Asana. There's a massive need for businesses to use such tools. It's a shame that something similar isn't included in Workspace; it's very disappointing. Even Microsoft Teams has a tool for this.
Please Google, I hope you will see this message as it is a big disappointment for you not to follow Microsoft lead on this, their provide such block organizational tool in teams....I am super sad.
