Workspace additional storage

I just check for one of my customers for additional storage in one workspace Gmail license, that is little confusion in plan  that show different in customer side for yearly plan like https://ibb.co/rHvpVx9  and in reseller panel that show monthly plan with different cost like this https://ibb.co/jgMpNst 

Can and one explain, why !!

Difference between both offer is one is at domain level and other at user level.

As a Workspace user I can buy additionnal quota but it is linked to the account. That means user have to enter its credit card and if the user leave the company and buy a yearly license, it is lost.

If you buy a license in admin console you can assign the token to the user you want. If we keep the same example, a user need more storage you assign the license, if the user leave the company you can reassign the license.

User level license is cheaper but you will not be able to manage it and reassign it.
