We used to have a company logo on all email signatures via the old Google workspace. Now it is not possible to add a picture...
I have tried via the append footer / URL but it doesn't show when it's saved.
Any idea how to add it via workspace? I don't want the users to add any company information to their signatures except their names and contacts.
You can do this with the free, open source, command-line, indispensable GAM tool. Check out:
for more details.
Specifically, see https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3/wiki/Users-Gmail-Send-As-Signature-Vacation#manage-signatur..., and there are a number of threads on this topic in the archives of the GAM mailing list.
Hope that helps,
Ian
Thank you. I'll check ๐
You can add a company logo to all email signatures in Google Workspace by using the Gmail Append Footer feature, but it only supports plain text and URLs, not embedded images.
A workaround is to use third-party email signature management tools like Exclaimer or CodeTwo, which allow you to centrally manage signatures with images.
Alternatively, you can instruct users to manually add the logo via Gmail settings, but this may not enforce consistency.
I don't understand; my Admin Console - Add Footer option allows for image embedding into Gmail footers.
Am I missing something in your question?
