all spaces within organization visibility

I am an admin (HR Manager) in the organization and I realized that some of my team members have their own Spaces that the management people are not members of. I saw them through their screenshots and shared screens. I know by now that a couple of people are having private spaces where management do not see at all. As an admin I would like to see the spaces (groups) formed by others, be able to shut them down etc. Is this possible?

Hi @Jay_Turunen, currently such a feature isn't available. The user has a possibility to browse spaces that aren't restricted (only invited people can join). However there is a Developer Preview Program that adds new Google Chat APIs. I think that sooner or later we will get such functionality either through API or using GAM It might also eventually be released through the Admin Console at some point.      

Additionally feel free to submit a feature idea, this might help to get such a feature faster.
