gemini on gmail

I set up a Workspace account, for now with one account for one email, and I want to test various functions, but in the Gmail panel I don't see the option to use Gemini, why is this happening?

Gemini for Workspace is included with the Business and the Enterprise SKUs. What SKU are you testing with?

It's shorthand for "Google Workspace edition" in this context. @KAM is explaining that Gemini for Google Workspace is only included in the Google Workspace for Business and Google Workspace for Enterprise editions. An SKU is a "Stock Keeping Unit." Its a way for sellers to track the things that they sell. In this case, KAM is asking you what exact Google account type do you have?

Hi @Grzesiek that version includes Gemini so that's good. 

I would double check your admin settings by searching for Gemini. Make sure it's on for all the correct ou's for your organization. 

After one account logged in and check for the Gemini diamond in the top right hand corner when you go to gmail.com.

I have the same problem. Can use gemini standalone app, also with @-sign fror Drive, Mail etc, but it doesn't show in the side panel anywhere ...

@PPL the Gemini side panel is only available to Business Standard and up: if you're on Business Starter you don't get the side panel.

Thanks Stephen, I should have mentioned that we use Business Standard.

But I found what is the problem. Google say Swedish is supported, but obvioulsly the have not made the roll-out complete yet, so if I change languange to English, I can use Gemini in side panel. I have seen other suggesting this solution also.
