How can I find an admin account (google email address) who has manage all mails for the domain? My client can't remember this. For now his corporate mail not working on Google.
Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.
There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
Hope that helps,
Ian
I have the same issue. But we dont know which email or number was used
The support article I mentioned above provides a number of other options, even if you don't know which account is your admin account.
dombear,
Unless I'm misunderstanding the question and the admin account is still there you should be a to use the Investigation tool in the Admin Console under Reporting / Audit and Investigation / Admin log events / Filter / User Email
All the options in that article (including contacting support) require logging into the admin console. We don't know who the admin is, and do not have the passwords for all the email addresses that were created. Any way to contact Google without logging into the Admin console?
See the "If you're a user and can't contact your administrator" section of the article I linked to above (https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en)
