how to send email to google workspace support

what is email ID for Google workspace support,

How can I send email to them also I am not satisfied with support center automated support.

Please help ASAP.

Google support can't be reached directly through email. You will have to create a ticket in the support portal here:

https://support.cloud.google.com/portal/

Once a ticket is created and they replied to you, then you can reply by email.

Make sure you are actually logged in with the correct accounts. If you use multiple Google accounts in your browser, you will be logged into the portal with the first account you logged into Google with, which might not be the correct one. 

Look at the upper right corner of the portal. You see your avatar there. Click on it to switch to a different account.
