my recovery email is not available

Hello Google Team

I have a Gmail Account which is protected by 2-step verification. Now I forgot password. I have tried many times to recover my Gmail Account only with phone number verification, but I can't get it. Google is always asking for a recovery email verification code. All the time I was "try to another way" option select now recovery email option is not available directly sent verification code on the same Gmail. 

Please Google allow me verification with my recovery phone and email 

Please help me to fix my problem.

canโ€™t login in my Google account because I forget my password is and when I login without password first Google send me OTP on my phone number and I fill it but then google. Send me OTP on my email account but this is the same Account Iโ€™m trying to login and so I donโ€™t know how to login my Google account

If you are using a Workspace account then contact your administrator for help to gain access. If you are the workspace admin, then please let me know that.

Recovery gmail, security to add google Recovery 2 step verification,  remove who add explicit in gmail or google. Kindly please

Are you a Workspace user or one with @ gmail.com/googlemail.com? That helps us to determine what advice to give you.
