I have a Legacy GSuite account I use for personal use with a custom domain. I also pay for extra storage for my single account.
https://drive.google.com/settings/storage shows that I have 29/117GB used. However, starting today, GMail, Google drive, etc all show "Your Storage is Full". I can't edit documents on Google Docs.
There was no notice for this and I have 88GB free.
How do I resolve this error and get access to the storage I'm paying for, while keeping my custom domain account?
Thanks
Within the last 10-20 minutes, this seems to have been resolved.
Looking forward, should I expect this to happen again? Do I need to move my data and email to a different provider, or will the 100GB I'm paying for continue to apply to my personal email account that's part of my Google workspace legacy with a custom domain?
I do know from other threads here that Google is in the process of discontinuing the ability to just purchase extra storage for an individual account. See https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Workspace-Q-A/Workspace-drive-storage/td-p/405995, for example. Perhaps this is somehow due to the work they're doing to discontinue that service?
(And please don't shoot the messenger--I don't work for Google, nor do I know why they've made the decision to discontinue this. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.)
