screen older users and delete in bulk

I would like a way for my school Google account to screen older users ( like those who haven't logged in for two years or more) and then be able to select them for deletion. Otherwise I have to scroll through hundreds and select them manually.

I recommend you install the Ok Goldy add-on. It's a brilliant nifty tool for admins.

Once installed, Export all users - this will appear in Sheet 5, and in the "E" column you will see all those who have not logged in and in column "I" you can see when the account was created. Thus, you would be able to identify those who have not logged in since the account was created 2 years ago. - see the first image below.

Then copy the emails address of the accounts you want to delete to Sheet 4 and paste in A2 and then run the delete command - see the second image belowExport Users

Do note, though, that if you delete a user that owns files or folders that are shared with other people in MyDrive, those files and folders will also be deleted, even if the other people are still using them. It's important to transfer anything that you want to keep to a Shared Drive (or another user) prior to deleting a user.

(Note that the folder deletion issue is probably even bigger than the file deletion issue: if a user owns a folder that other users have contributed their own files or folders to, deleting that user will scatter the files and folders it contains back to their original owners, irrevocably losing the folder hierarchy/organization. That's why putting stuff that you want to keep around into Shared Drives is so important.)
