on my website i addedKeywords,description,meta title every thing which needed to grow posistion in google search,but when i search it on google only my home page appears ,not other pages,why is that ,i am attacing photos of search console,google site ,

why my other pages are not being indexed

In the search console make sure you request a crawl for each of your pages:

Ask Google to recrawl your URLs

Once you have requested a recrawl and waited days/weeks what does the URL inspection tool say about one of the URLs you asked to recrawl?
