I have been struggling for some time to find a solution to my workspace issues, I would appreciate it if you could help me with the following:
* I have a free workspace account - <PII removed by staff> I don't know the admin login for it - which I get asked for when trying to upgrade the account to include email and contact you - how do I find out which of my emails is my admin? even though I don't think I have an admin I keep getting asked to log in as admin - I am a solo trader
* I would like to use workspace for my work email - <PII removed by staff> I purchased it years ago from Fasthost, I have the address registered with Google although there is no option to upgrade (pay for email access), is this possible - I think it's linked to the above g mail address/account.
* Alternatively I would like to redirect my <PII removed by staff> from webmail to my Google <PII removed by staff>nbox although I need help with the MX & TXT codes as I don't know what to use and steps to take - I have tried several things.
* Otherwise I would like to register <PII removed by staff> with Google - I am not sure how to transfer without having a period without email access.
* I tried purchasing a new workspace account package via my Wix website with <PII removed by staff> as I was having difficulty trying to use my current workspace but the request couldn't be processed.
* For reference I need to keep my tailortogether workspace linked somehow (although the email address is not needed) to <PII removed by staff> as my business info is on the account with my business reviews which I don't want to lose.
