workspace for non profit application awaiting

Hello dear friends from Google,

We created this email some weeks ago and send an application for Google For Non Profits, as we are a non-profit association aimed to inclusion and accessibility to culture of people with their own access needs.

The case is that the weeks are passing but we receive no update emails about this process. Actually, in nonprofits application web appears to us a screen that states that the proces is ongoing, but more than 14 days has passed.

We just reapplied.
There's something else we have to do?

Hi @Adriana_inclus ,

Normally, the Google for Nonprofits application review can take around 14–30 days.

Since you already reapplied and the status shows “ongoing,” I recommend:
-Double-check that you meet all eligibility requirements (https://www.google.com/nonprofits/eligibility/).
-Make sure you verified your organization through TechSoup (if required in your country).
-If it’s been over 30 days with no update, contact Google for Nonprofits support directly using this form:
