Google Workspace Referral Programme

Hi,

I haven't received any payments for months. I have messaged support many times.

In my latest email from Google Workspace Referral Programme monthly summary.

It says I have 9 REFERRALS PENDING PAYMENT, this month.

Still nothing received! 

Can someone actually help me?

I am so sorry you have not heard from us here in the community in a timely manner.

Last time you reached out, your payment profile link had expired. I asked the support team to send you a new one.

I am checking with the support team again, as to where we are in terms of providing you a new payment profile link if that new link has expired again. 

Also just a tip: In order for me to be notified directly just add @ followed by my name, so that I get a direct email notification. For some strange reason I never received a notification even as I see the "Referral Program" label is showing up as being added to this post.

Hi @MartynM,

The support team let me know that they have filed a request for you to get paid for referrals outside of your bank's country of origin. (This is a new process due to the new payment system.) Once we get that approval for your account, you should be getting paid for those referrals pending payment.

But this is for EMEA? Which includes Spain, which is where my bank is. Which I haven't been paid for months. But previously worked fine.

I was also asked to provide a UK bank account to be paid in GBP for UK referrals.

This is all a bit of a mess!

Don't worry, they are fixing this ๐Ÿ˜‰

Basically the new payment profile process means that they need to submit a request for you to get paid for referrals from the UK, when your bank is located in Spain. Going forward you won't have issues referring outside of Spain.

They should get back to you as soon as it's resolved.

But what about all the missing payments from EMEA, that aren't UK.

It's 5 months since I received any โ‚ฌ payments!

The same request will apply to all EMEA countries. So once the request is completed, you will be able to finalize your payment profile and you will then get paid for any referrals you have made in EMEA

Ok, I have set up a UK account for payments. Just waiting on the test deposit.
