For more than seven months I have referred a client. To date, this customer has acquired 15 Google Workspace Business Starter accounts. For four months I have received an email about my account statement and it always informs me that I have a reference pending payment, and that next month I will receive the payment.
The emails are dated: Sep 06, Aug 04, Jul 07, Jun 03. ... every month is the same, and I do not receive the instructions to receive the payment.
So far I have sent three emails asking what should I do and I have received no response.
Can someone help me to finally receive my payment?

No. My payment problem has not been resolved, although I have sent several emails and direct messages on Twitter.
What I have requested is to change my payment profile in Google Pay to a new one that I have created with a location in the United States, since this has a form of payment in a bank account which has already been validated by Google.

I heard back from the support team. It seems that you opted to receive a check for your payments? This is the first time we came across someone using this method, so we don't know how long it will take for the check to arrive in the mail. Other than that, they said you were good to go in terms of getting paid for your referrals.
