I didn't get the payment even after 3 months

From July 3rd onwards every month I receive email from Google saying I am eligible for 2 payments for referring my clients to Google Workspace.  But I didn't get this payment yet.  I used to get the payment earlier regularly and I earned $480 so far.

When I tried to contact the support team by clicking the support link provided at the bottom of the link and after filling up the form when I click on the submit button,  I always get the following message :

Thank you for sharing your unique referral link. According to our payment system you still need to add your bank details in Google Pay. Once you have everything set up you'll receive your referral bonus payment.
