Request for Assistance with Google Workspace Promotion Code Registration Error

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Google Workspace promotion code.

I was selected for GCP and received a promotion code for Workspace Business Plus.

However, during the sign-up process, I can only see the "Business Standard" option, and when I enter the promotion code there, it says "Invalid promotion code."

The email with the promotion code states, "Important: Be sure to enter your promotion code at this step. You canโ€™t enter it later." This makes it too risky to attempt changing the plan after proceeding with the free process.

Please help me resolve this issue.

We already have a promotional code for Business Plus.

The issue is that when we access the provided link, it automatically redirects to Business Standard.

Even with the Business Plus code, we are unable to enter it, which is the problem.

My question is about [how to apply the Business Plus promotional code].

With the existing link, we cannot select Business Plus.

In that case:

  1. Is there another link we should use?
  2. Should we subscribe to Business Standard first and then upgrade to Business Plus?
  3. Or is there something wrong with the way we are approaching this?

It seems to be one of these three scenarios.

Please help us apply the Business Plus promotional code.
