Hello everyone,
I have a promo code for Google Workspace but I am stuck at the checkout page when signing up. I used the promo code the first time but was required to click on the Trial button which led to adding a payment card but finally stuck and could not access my Workspace dashboard.
We were approved for Google Cloud for Startup before the Google Workspace promo code was issued.
I reached out to support but have been in a loop of recycling response that does not solved the Workspace administrator access issue. Currently the promo code says invalid when I try to signup again as I was advised to use a different email from the domain.
What is the best way to navigate this and gain access to my Google Workspace administrator account?
