I was told the same and I am having the same issue. I have not received
a message back from anyone. I still do not have access or found a
process to gain it.
@Jessica_CMI am extremely disappointed in Google. I received a direct
message in this forum in regards to gaining access to Customer Connect
and I responded with no feedback returned. I have reached out to 3
different account managers for our account...

and I still do not have access. Not sure what to look for when I do gain
access. An email or notification? I did not mention it before but I did
have access to this information ...
@Jessica_CMI am having the same issue as everyone else here. I get an
access denied. I too would like to see the Visible Changes document and
have access to Customer Connect. Thank you!
