Hi there. Is there a way (or on the roadmap) to get a PubSub/Eventarc
topic for Cloud Run Jobs notifications such as jobs
started/finished/errored/cancelled? Feels kind of clunky to poll the
services all the time to check if they're done.
We're using regional cloud build triggers. When I try to set the
machineType to E2_HIGHCPU_8 which is supposed to be available, I get an
error that my quota doesn't allow that. I can't find the setting for E2
CPUs in Cloud Build quota settings though...

nothing about "Number of builds with high CPU". I checked three
