I didn't get a confirmation mail for my order. How do I confirm my order?

Lets' say I have 40 points. WIll I get all the swags from the premium milestone, or do I have to get swag individually? In other words, for premium milestone, do I get all the swags, irrespective of whether I have 40 or 59 points?
