I want to connect to my AllowDB instance from Retool (a 3rd-party
dashboard tool) but I can't seem to find a way to create a client
certificate.Would appreciate any pointers.Thanks

btw - It seems Alloy doesn't support creating certificates like Cloud
SQL does.
