getting error while calling oauth get access token endpoint from portal or spec ui

Note : the CORS error I have fixed. this has to be related to request body content type

I am using openAPI spec for including oauth2 client credentials flow.I am getting below error

Error : {"ErrorCode" : "invalid_client", "Error" :"Client identifier is required"}from both specs sections as well as portal.
