What amount of utilization does the Bindplane agent use? Is it a lightweight agent? What does it consist of?

I need to setup the BOX api to ingest to Bindplane. How do I set this up in Bindplane. I see Bindplane agents, and configurations, but I do not see an option to receive logs via api.

I am looking at attending an event that is focused on sec ops and not the other Google products.

Do you have to use Bindplane if you are migrating to Google Secops.
