I've been facing the same issue, the only way that I could find to
remove these gridlines is copying a previous chart without the gridlines
and then customizing it with the data I need to see. I cannot find the
option to remove it in any configuratio...
I am currently facing the same issue, my data is not connecting, and the
platform is taking a very long time to show me the results. It has been
like this since 8am here.
