It seems the document upload on dialogflow ES Knowledge Base is broken.
I tried using the API as well as manually on the console but it keeps getting timed out.
Have tried across different agents across different accounts. Not reported anywhere, It can't just be broken for me?

Any suggestions on what can be done here? (please don't say move to CX because I can't)
