I am developing a chatbot for a company using the Dialogflow Messenger integration to integrate it into our web app. Currently, we are on the Essentials plan.
While testing the agent, even before entering any input or during a conversation, I frequently encounter the error "Request failed 429: RpcException." Despite not using the bot extensively due to testing, and after checking the quota, it appears that none have exceeded their limits.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
