I've been using Gemini Models from my Cloud Run function deployed to us-central1 for weeks. This morning I woke up to this error. I didn't change anything, why am I no longer able to access gemini flash?

Error: [GoogleGenerativeAI Error]: Error fetching from https://generativelanguage.googleapis.com/v1beta/models/gemini-1.5-flash:generateContent: [400 Bad Request] User location is not supported for the API use. I moved my functions to us-west1 and service was restored
