2 Apps sharing same image folder

Hello people 

I have 2 apps shearing same google sheet 

the image folder is located inside App A main folder

so when i upload photos from App B the image shows for few seconds and then disappear and shows triangle woth exclamation mark 

i assume it is a permission issue that App B is not granting permission for image folder inside App A main folder

Any help is appreciated
